This morning proceed on a full day excursion to the 'meadow of flowers', Gulmarg. Enjoy a picturesque drive past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows. On arrival, admire the beauty of this lush green cup shaped meadow nestled amidst the snow-capped mountains. Stroll leisurely across the green meadow to one of the world's highest green golf course. If keen to play some golf, facilities are available on direct payment. A must is a fun-filled ride in the newly introduced gondola lift through pine-clad slopes, which can be bought directly.

Another day of fun and frolic! Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold', Sonamarg. Situated in the Sindh Valley, at an altitude of 2743 mts, is a perfect base for treks. The fast flowing Sindh River makes it popular destination for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. Highly recommended is a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (ponies can be hired directly).

This morning your journey takes you to the 'valley of shepherds' Pahalgam which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from the River Lidder and Sheshnag Lake. En route enjoy a brief visit to Awantipura ruins, an 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. On arrival in Pahalgam check into your hotel. The rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy the beauty of this picturesque resort.

The day is at leisure to wander around the bustling markets, enjoy walks along the Lidder or experience the thrill of a pony ride through the meadow and pine forests. (Ponies can be hired directly).

Today you return to Srinagar, where on arrival you will proceed on a city tour including visits to the Shankaracharya Temple and the famous Mughal Gardens of Nishat and Shalimar Bagh. Later check into your houseboat / hotel
