Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi by International flight. Reception at the Airport with a "Welcome " Company's name " Incentive " banner. Garlanding with fresh flowers at the airport. [Baggage will, in the meantime, be transferred by separate vehicle to the hotel On arrival, as you step into the hotel, ladies in authentic local costumes will greet you with flowers and perform the " aarti " ceremony with a traditional lamp, while they anoint your forehead with the red " tikka " - which is a traditional form of welcome. A Special Welcome Drink (a Fruit Cocktail) will be served while guests are distributed room keys in specially designed key pouches with the " Company's name " Logo. Guests will then be escorted to their rooms for immediate check-in. Delhi, believed to have founded by the Pandava brothers around 2nd or 3rd century B.C., is one of the oldest cities in India. The city has been raised out of ashes and ruins seven times. Be it the Tomars of the 7-8th century or the Ghori's, The Khaljis, the Tughlaqs, the Saiyads, The Lodis, the Moghuls and finally the British rulers, each has contributed to the colorful history of the city. Day 02 : In Delhi
Breakfast at the garden of the hotel. This will be an elaborate affair with garden umbrellas. Late morning: Tour of New Delhi visiting the Qutab Minar, a tower of victory built in the 12th century and India Gate - the war memorial. Drive past the Rashtrapathi Bhawan, the residence of the President of India, the houses of Parliament and the Government Secretariat buildings. Lunch at a specialty restaurant in the city. Later, travel by cycle rickshaws through the little lanes of the Old City of Delhi, where time has virtually stood still for hundreds of years. This ride will be most fascinating as you get a first-hand view of the merchants, the little food and artifact stalls and the teeming population, busy in their daily activities. The cycle Rickshaw ride will meander through to the Red Fort - Shah Jehan's elegant citadel in red sandstone. The fort is entered from the Lahori Gate and leads into the halls of Private and Public Audience and then to the beautiful Pearl Mosque built by Shah Jahan's son, Aurangazeb, the last of the "Great Mughals". Very near the Fort is the Jama Masjid (Friday Mosque), India's largest mosque, also built by Shah Jahan. Return to the hotel by Coach. Evening: Durbar Theme Welcome Dinner. Guests will arrive to be adorned with `pagris' (turbans) and `chunnis' (shawls) by traditionally dressed ladies and welcomed as they enter with a shower of rose petals and 'attar' (perfume). Kathak dancers (classical North Indian) will entertain and a sumptuous Maharaja meal will be served by attendants dressed in the traditional manner of a Royal Durbar (court). Overnight in Delhi .
Day 03 : Delhi - Jodhpur
Breakfast at the hotel. [Baggage will, in the meantime, be transferred by separate vehicle to the airport] Leave Delhi for Jodhpur by flight. Arrive at the hotel to a Special Welcome with garlanding and musicians in attendance. A banner with " Welcome " Company's name " Incentive " will enhance the Welcome. A beautiful " rangoli " (a decorative welcome sign) in coloured rice showing " Welcome " Company's name" Incentive" will be made and a Welcome Drink will be served as Room keys are allocated in special key pouches. At the edge of the Thar Desert, the imperial city of Jodhpur echoes with tales of antiquity in the emptiness of the desert. The massive 15th century AD Meherangarh fort looms on the top of the rocky hill, soaring 125 mts above the plains. A high wall encompasses the city- 10 kms long with 8 gates and innumerable bastions. The lifestyle in Jodhpur is unusually fascinating with people wearing lovely multi hued costumes, artistically designed. Morning: Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, one of the most impressive and formidable structures. Invincible from outside, the fort has four gates approached by a winding road. Within the fort are some magnificent palaces with marvellously carved panels with latticed windows. These palaces house a fabulous collection of palanquins, elephant howdahs, miniature paintings of various schools, musical instruments, costumes & furniture. After lunch at a specialty restaurant, visit the market by Auto Rickshaws (phut-phuts). Evening: Flaming Torch Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Jodhpur
Day 04 : Jodhpur - Udaipur
After breakfast at the hotel, Leave Jodhpur for Udaipur by air-conditioned deluxe coach visiting en-route Ranakpur Jain temples at Ranakpur, One of the five main holy palaces of the Jain sect. The main temple is dedicated to Trithankara Rishabdeo with a Chaumukha or four faced shrine dedicated to Adinath. The temple is adorned with beautiful sculptures and ornately carved ceilings. There are 1444 pillars inside the temple complex, which are intricately carved, each different from other. Lunch at Maharani Bagh Orchard Arrive to a "Grand Royal Welcome". This theme creates the ambience of a welcome accorded to a victorious Rajput warrior. The entire driveway to the hotel is lined with traditionally dressed Rajasthani girls and decorated horses. The guests will be garlanded and the ladies will be draped with a "dupatta" (shawl) and the gents with "safas" (Rajasthani turbans). The 'aarti' 'tikka' ceremony will be performed (anointing the forehead with the vermilion) while the music of the "shehnai" (a wind instrument) welcomes the guests. A welcome drink will be served as Rajasthani folk dancers entertain. Guests will be provided their room keys in specially designed pouches. Udaipur, the city of Dawn, is the jewel of Mewar kingdom ruled by the Sisodia dynasty of 1200 years. Its kaleidoscope of fairy tale palaces, lakes, temples gardens and narrow lanes strewn with stalls, carry the flavour of a heroic past, epitomizing valour and chivalry. Their reflection in the placid waters of the Lake Pichola is an enticing sight. Evening: Gangaur Boat Cruise The Gangaur boat is the original royal barge of the house of Mewar. The barge is decorated in royal splendour and lit up to resemble a fireball from a distance. Guests can enjoy a cruise on the lake and view the mystical Lake Palace. Day 05 : In Udaipur
After breakfast, Visit the city Palace, a majestic architectural marvel towering over the lake on the hill surrounded by crenellated walls, it is a conglomeration of courtyards, pavilions, terraces, corridors, rooms and hanging gardens. Each Palace within is an outstanding creation of art. Lunch at specialty restaurant of the hotel. Afternoon: Visit the local market by cycle Rickshaws. Evening: Dinner at Lilly pond (Lake Palace). Overnight in Udaipur.
Day 06 : Udaipur - Mumbai - Goa
Breakfast at the hotel [Baggage will, in the meantime, be transferred by separate vehicle to the airport]. Leave Udaipur for Mumbai by flight. Reception on arrival at Mumbai airport and assistance to connect flight to Goa Reception at the Airport with a "Welcome "Company's Name" Incentive" banner. Garlanding with fresh flowers at the airport. Assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel driving through picturesque Goan countryside countryside for about one hour. Arrive at the Resort to a Grand Floral Welcome with traditional Goan Calypso music in attendance. A Welcome drink - traditional coconut milk will be served with a colorfully decorated coconuts while guests are distributed room keys in specially designed key pouches with the " Company's Name" Incentive". Lunch at the Resort restaurant. Rest of the day free to relax on the beach or participate in the various Water Sport activities. Evening: Enjoy the Goan Carnival Theme Welcome Dinner at the Riverside Restaurant, where the entire ambience of the Carnival will be created. Join a traditional carnival procession led by King Momo, which is a part of Goa's rich Portuguese heritage, where revelry, song and dance, great food and good wine come beautifully together. Discover the joys of Goan cuisine at a delightful buffet dinner. The Dinner will be accompanied by local folk entertainment. Overnight in Goa
Day 07 : In Goa
Morning after breakfast sightseeing tour of Goa visiting the magnificent church of the Basilica of Bom Jesus - built in the 16th century with the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier, a great saint. His remains are preserved intact in a silver casket and there is an exposition of his body once in 12 years. This church is dedicated to Infant Jesus. The St. Cathedral has superb architecture with intricately carved altars fitted with gold. Return to the Resort for Lunch at any of the outlets [" Company's Name" Incentive guests will have a choice to eat at their preference]. Afternoon: Free to relax on the beach or participate in the various Water Sport activities (direct payment). [For those more inclined for an afternoon on the Greens, there is a nine hole Golf course right at the Resort] Evening: Seafood Barbecue on the beach this could be set up on a Pirate's Theme with a suitable ambience created on the beach. Waiters would be dressed in costumes and the entertainment would also be in conformity to a pirate's evening. Along a stretch of the beach, a barbecue is set up. Dine under a starlit sky on succulent lobsters, jumbo prawns and other local seafood delicacies. Guests may cook their own food on skewers over a campfire. A local musician captures the magic of the moment with a singing and guitar. We could also have Western music band for entertainment and dancing. Overnight in Goa.
Day 08 : In Goa
Morning Breakfast at the lawns of the hotel. Day at leisure to relax at the beach Lunch at any of the outlets in the Resort or take a cruise on the Sal River sailing upstream for a day of fishing. This cruise will be by local boats, which will offer plenty of opportunity for taking in the sun and for fishing. Freshly caught fish will be prepared on board along with barbecued King Prawns, A Goan folk band will entertain with traditional as well as Western Music. Evening: A special Hippie Style Fishing Village Theme dinner - A get-together for a " 4B Evening " [Boisterous Barefoot Beach Bar-be-Que] on the moonlit beach, set against the backdrop of a typical Kunbi fishing village. Boats, nets and traditionally costumed waiters will add to the ambience. An elaborate Sea-Food Buffet will be served " under the stars " . Strolling musicians will entertain the guests to a romantic experience. Guest will be asked to dress in the style of the Hippies of the 60's and prized will be awarded to the most creative. [The mood and ambience will perhaps not require any assistance from the "Chillum"!]. Western music entertainment will add to the gaiety. The evening will be come to an end with a spectacular Fireworks display showing "Farewell " Company's Name" Incentive" Overnight in Goa.
Day 09 : Goa - Mumbai
Brunchat the Poolside/ lawn. Morning at leisure to relax at the beach. Later, transfer to the airport to board the flight for Mumbai. Leave Goa for Bombay by flight. Arrive Mumbai and transfer to hotel, located near the airport for the dinner. Rooms will be provided for Wash & Change. Dinner at the Poolside/Garden of the hotel. Later transfer to international airport
