Day 01 : Arrive Cochin
Assistance on arrival at the Cochin Airport and transfer to hotel. Afternoon City tour of Cochin, which includes the Cochin Harbour Terminus, the Dutch Palace, Mattancherry, the Jewish Synagogue, Fort Cochin and the Chinese fishing nets. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 : Cochin - Thekkady
Morning after breakfast, depart by surface to Thekkady and upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Late afternoon take a game viewing boat ride on the Artificial Periyar Lake. Periyar Wild life sanctuary is situated on the Western Ghats and is the home of Elephant in its natural habitat. The large artificial Periyar Lake offers an excellent opportunity to view Sambar, barking deer, wild boar, and the nilgiri langur from the boats. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03 : Thekkady - Alleppey - Kumarakom
Morning visit the Spice Plantations of Thekkady. Afternoon drive to Alleppey to experience a boat cruise on the backwaters of Kerala. En-route experience life in the rural areas of Kerala as it has been for the past many generations. Disembark at the Kumarakom, on the banks of the Vemband Lake. At Kumarakom one can see an intricate network of canals. It is also a major centre for the Traditional Ayurvedic treatment being practiced for the past many centuries. Overnight at the resort.
Day 04 : In Kumarakom
Day free to explore this beautiful backwater island and to take a bird watching boat ride or take a sunset cruise on the Vembanad lake. Overnight at the Resort.
Day 05 : Kumarakom - Kovalam
Morning after breakfast drive to Kovalam via Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala. Thiruvannathapuram is surrounded by numerous hills and hillocks. The city literally means the city of Ananta and there is a massive temple dedicated to Sri Padmanabhaswami. Kovalam, which lies just 14 kms from Thiruvananthapuram is one of the finest beaches in India.
Day 06 : Kovalam
Day free on the beach.Overnight at the hotel.
Day 07 : In Kovalam
Day free on the beach.Overnight at the hotel.
Day 08 : In Kovalam
Day free on the beach.Overnight at the hotel.
Day 09 : In Kovalam
Day free on the beach.Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10 : Depart Trivandrum
In time transfer to the Thiruvananthapuram airport for flight back home END OF THE TOUR
